Your purchase includes access to the modules, resources and downloadable materials included within your selected program.

Access is provided for 365 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

2. Educational Purpose

This program is designed to support personal growth, self-awareness and personal development.

The content may include coaching principles, Clinical Hypnosis recordings, Matrix Therapy concepts, NLP techniques, DISC Behaviour Profiling education, reflection exercises and other personal development tools.

This program is educational in nature and is not therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry or medical treatment.

Nothing within this program is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical condition.

4. Intellectual Property

All videos, workbooks, downloads, hypnosis recordings, audio files, worksheets, templates and other program materials remain the intellectual property of GEM Life Coaching.

Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own personal development.

You may not:

• share your login details

• copy or reproduce the content

• distribute or sell any materials

• upload the content elsewhere

• use the material to teach, coach or train others without written permission.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Access to the program will be granted once payment has been successfully processed.

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments until the balance has been paid in full.

Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of access until payments are brought up to date.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program, refunds are not provided once access has been granted.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the program, GEM Life Coaching will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Technology Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have:

• a compatible device

• speakers or headphones where required

• access to the email address used when purchasing.

GEM Life Coaching is not responsible for issues relating to your own equipment or internet connection.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Any personal information collected during your purchase will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

If the program includes a private community, members agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not share personal information discussed within the community.

9. Program Updates

GEM Life Coaching may update, improve or replace program content from time to time.

These updates may be provided at no additional cost during your access period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEM Life Coaching will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in this program.

You accept full responsibility for how you choose to apply the information provided.

11. How we handle AI and your data.

We use modern tools, including AI platforms and note-takers, to do better work for you. We think you would want to know exactly how, so here it is in plain terms.

• Our meetings and calls are often recorded and transcribed using note-taking tools, so we can stay present with you instead of scribbling notes, and so nothing important gets lost.

• We store and handle your information using security measures we consider appropriate, and we keep client data separated so one client's information is not mixed with another's

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside GEM Life Coaching except the tools we use to deliver our service to you.

• These tools are provided by third parties who run their own security and privacy practices. We choose them carefully, though we do not control them, and we cannot accept responsibility for their systems.

We handle the personal information we collect in line with our obligations under Australian privacy law.
